We manage the maintenance of the Kendeda building’s rooftop garden, a community garden providing produce for students. In a typical week, this can include harvesting, planting, weeding, pruning, etc. Most weeks, we also cook something using harvested produce. In the winter when the garden is less productive, we host speakers from local sustainability-focused businesses and initiatives.
